How does payment work?

A $100 deposit is required to reserve the photo booth for your date and is refundable if you like to cancel. Seven to Fourteen days before your event, you'll receive an invoice for your final payment, you can pay in advance or pay when we arrive. We offer convenient payment options: Cash, Visa, Master card, American Express, Apple Pay, ACH Bank Transfers, Venmo, Zelle.

How does booking work?

Booking is easy! Click on the "Book With Us" and fill in the information. We'll email you a service invoice with a a link for the deposit, which will guarantee your reservation. Within a few weeks of your event, we'll finalize your print template.

What if my event changes or gets cancelled?

We know that plans change or unforeseen event. If your event date or time changes, we'll be happy to make the change for you. If you cancel your event, we'll refund your deposit.

Are there additional fees?

We do not charge any additional fee except for extra options we have on our site.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. ClicknSmile is fully insured. We can provide insurance certificates to venues upon request.

Can you set up the booth and return later?

We offers idle time. So, we can set up early before your guests arrive or close for a period of time during your event. Please note this is for a additional fee

What size are the prints for the Open air photo booth?

You can choosing the 2"x6" photo strip or the 4"x6" print. Both size options also come with options for photo layout and a custom logo for every print.

How many people can fit inside the booths?

The open air photo booth can fit max about 10 people.

The 360 photo booth can fit 1-5 people.

How long does it take to set up?

Our photo booth takes about 30-60 mins to setup. We usually come an hour early just in case we need more time to setup to be ready to start on time.

How much space will you need for the booth?

An 8 ft. x 8 ft. space is needed for the open air photo booth and 360 photo booth 

Can the booths go outside?

Yes! Our photo booth can be place outside on a flat surface protected from sun and wind. We'll work with you to determine a great location to maximize your guests experience.

When will I receive my online photo gallery?

Your online gallery will be ready in next day or two. You'll receive an email with a link when it's ready.

Do I need to provide anything?

Please ask your venue provide power source and a prop table (optional).

How long of a video does the 360 photo booth take?

It will take a 20 second slow mode video.

Does the 360 photo booth use a backdrop?

Currently the package doesn't include a backdrop. Please reach out to use if you would like to use a custom backdrop.

Can the 360 photo booth video be shared right away?

Yes! Videos will be share right away. Your guest can have the video delivered to their email, text message. Will require wifi access at locations. In case of slow wifi access, Video will be shared once wifi access is available. We will provide a online gallery will be ready in next day or two.
